Start Date: 01/09/2025
Contract: Fixed Term until 31/08/2026, Pending review of staffing structure requirements and a review of the school's budget.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen at Bowsland Green Primary School for an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our team.
You will contribute positively to our wider school environment in line with the school’s ethos and values. You will deliver high quality lessons and take responsibility for nurturing the growth and development of the children in your class in all aspects of their education.
The successful candidate will:-
Hold qualified teacher status
Be a positive role model
Be motivated to make a real difference
Have excellent subject knowledge and an understanding of the curriculum
Have the ability to plan high quality, innovative lessons that motivate and inspire the children
Make effective use of adaptive teaching strategies
Use data and assessments to identify areas for improvement and sustain positive educational outcomes
Share a positive vision of children’s education and development
Have a real desire to be a part of a hardworking, supportive and creative team
Form positive relationships with children and adults
Have high expectations of learning and behaviour
Have excellent communication and classroom management skills
Fluency Duty
This post is covered by Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) and therefore the ability to converse at ease with pupils, parents and other users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.
