Job summary

Weare Academy CofE First School is seeking an inspirational and experienced teacher to join our team on a one-year fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will deliver consistently high-quality teaching and contribute to the wider life of the school.

There will be an opportunity to contribute to subject leadership during the maternity period, within a supportive and ambitious school community.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic practitioner with a genuine passion for helping children thrive and the ability to make a strong contribution to teaching and learning across the school.
