Job summary

Wiltshire Council is seeking a Class Instructor to lead safe, fun exercise classes and help customers with fitness goals. You will create engaging workouts, support participants of all levels and foster an inclusive, supportive environment.

This role offers an hourly rate of £18.58–£19.84 (including a 10% market supplement) with additional PREP payments; hybrid working, and ongoing opportunities. Interview date is to be confirmed after shortlisting.

Job description

Salary: £18.58 - £19.84 per hour (inclusive of 10% market supplement)

Additional Payments: An additional PREP rate of 25% or more will be received dependent on the class type and class enrolment.

As a Class Instructor, you will be teaching safe, fun, and effective exercise classes, as well as helping customers with their queries regarding their fitness goals. Further responsibilities include creating engaging workouts, supporting participants of all fitness levels and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

We are seeking a qualified fitness instructor with a passion for exercise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with participants on a personal level.

This position comes with a 10% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
