Job summary

Manpower Group (UK) in Elland is seeking a Class 2 ADR tanker driver to join our client's team. The role is a contract from ASAP until around April 2027, weather dependent.

You will work a fixed 4-day pattern (Wed- Sat) with on-site parking, PPE provided and comprehensive training. Pay is £17.13 per hour with overtime and weekend rates, plus a potential annual bonus up to £2,000.

Qualifications

• Valid Cat C driving licence, Digi card and CPC card.
• ADR licence in class 2 for tanker operations.
• Familiarity with drivers' hours legislation and tachographs.
• DBS check and credit check may be required.

Class 2 Tanker Driver

Competitive Pay: Earn £17.13 per hour, guaranteed 42.5 hours per week, overtime rates of £25.70

Weekends paid at £25.70 ( Saturday & Sunday)

Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Yearly Bonuses: Earn up to £1000 every 6 months

Shifts: Working set 4 days Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - same set each week

Requirements:

• Successful candidates require a DBS check and credit check.

Details:

• New / inexperienced drivers who hold the relevant truck / HGV licences are welcome to apply.
• The role is due to start in August/ Sept and will run until around the end of April 2027 (weather dependant).
• For insurance purposes, you must have relevant HGV experience, should have no more than 6 points on your licence, and no DD or DR convictions in the last year.
