Job summary

Fifth Wheel Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Class 2 Driver - Skip Relief Driver in Lincolnshire. The role involves operating a Class 2 skip (hookloader) vehicle, delivering and collecting skips from commercial and residential sites, and performing daily safety checks.

Applicants should hold a Class 2 licence with DCPC and Digi-tacho cards; up to 6 points may be considered, with certain endorsements excluded. Travel to sites and adherence to safety procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• Class 2 driving licence required.
• UK DCPC card and Digi-tacho card required.
• Client may accept up to 6 points; certain endorsements not accepted.
• Knowledge of Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate a Class 2 skip/hookloader (RoRo) vehicle.
• Deliver and collect skips from commercial and residential sites.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Work safely around pedestrians and other road users.
• Be able to travel to and from site for shifts and follow safety procedures.
