Job summary

Premier Work Support is seeking an experienced Class 2 Skip Driver for our client in Rainham, Essex to join their growing team. Duties include drop-offs and pickups and will follow the 6:00am–4:00pm schedule, Monday to Friday, with fortnightly Saturdays.

A temporary position may become permanent based on timekeeping, attendance and performance. Candidates must have at least 1 year driving experience, in-date CPC and Tacho Card, and be over 25 for insurance.

Qualifications

• 1 year driving experience or more.
• In-date CPC and Tacho Card required.
• Manual handling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Must be over 25 for insurance purposes.
• 3 points or less on driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Drop off and pick up of loads.
• Work hours 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday with fortnightly Saturdays.
• Temporary position with potential for permanent role based on timekeeping and attendance.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Class 2 Skip Driver for our client based in Rainham, Essex to join their growing workforce.

Duties will include drop off and pick up and also include bonus schemes for various pick up jobs and quarterly hour overtime pay.

The candidate will require:

• Driving experience of at least 1 year.
• Indate CPC and Tacho Card.
• Manual handling experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be over 25 for insurance purposes.
• 3 points or less on your driving licence
• Hours of work are between the hours of 6.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday with fortnightly Saturdays 6am and 1.30pm and although a temporary position, it may result in a permanent role for the successful candidate, based on time keeping, attendance and ability.
