Job summary

Driver Hire Manchester North & Oldham is seeking several Class 2 refuse drivers for our Oldham based client. Start time is 07:00am Monday to Friday with potential Saturdays, guaranteed 9.25 hours per day.

Requirements include a valid Category C (Class 2) licence held for at least 6 months, no more than 6 penalty points, and proven experience as a Class 2 driver. Excellent communication and a professional manner are essential.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence required (Category C) held for at least 6 months.
• No more than 6 penalty points (minor offences only).
• Proven experience as a Class 2 Driver.
• Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conducting daily vehicle checks to ensure safety and compliance.
• Updating/use of electronic tablet.
• Providing polite and professional service to customers.
• Navigating routes efficiently and representing the company with a positive attitude.
