Job summary

Swift Temps Ltd in Gloucester is seeking an HGV Class 2 Refuse Collection Driver to join our team on weekdays, with start times around 06:45 and finish around 15:00. The role involves operating a Class 2 vehicle on planned routes and collaborating with the refuse crew to complete daily collections safely.

You will perform vehicle checks, adhere to health and safety procedures, and strive for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK Category C (Class 2) licence.
• Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points (subject to offence code).

Responsibilities

• Drive a Class 2 refuse vehicle on planned routes.
• Assist team with daily collections safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily vehicle checks and follow health and safety procedures.
