Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking a driver who will handle multi-drop collections and deliveries across the local area, ensuring time-sensitive deliveries are met while adhering to road laws and company policies.

You will use Saturn handheld devices and route planning software to keep operations moving, while maintaining a safe, roadworthy 18T vehicle and collaborating with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure every parcel reaches its destination.

Qualifications

• Holder of a valid Category C (Class 2) licence and CPC/DQC accreditation.
• At least 6 months of recent Class 2 driving experience.
• Customer-focused with flexible mindset and can-do attitude.
• Excellent local geography knowledge of the area.
• Physically fit with ability to lift heavy objects and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Handle multi-drop collections and deliveries across local area.
• Meet time-sensitive delivery targets and collection schedules.
• Operate Saturn handheld devices and route planning software.
• Maintain a safe, roadworthy, presentable 18T vehicle.
