Job summary

Booker Group is seeking a Class 2 Driver to join its Best Food Logistics network in the UK. You will deliver products to customers, complete delivery paperwork, and comply with health and safety and food safety standards.

A valid LGV Class 2 licence and CPC card are required, and you will work up to 48 hours per week across specified shifts. The role involves multi-drop deliveries to various outlets nationwide, with responsibilities including vehicle checks and adherence to driving regulations.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV Class 2 licence and a CPC card.
• Confident to drive and deliver to various outlets across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, intact and on time per delivery schedule.
• Complete delivery documentation such as delivery notes, credits and collections.
• Adhere to Driving Legislation and Working Time Regulations.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and be responsible for own and others’ safety.
• Ensure Food safety legislation and Chill Chain standards are met.
• Carry out required vehicle checks and maintain safety equipment.
