Job summary

Best Food Logistics is seeking a committed LGV Class 2 delivery driver to join our nationwide network in the UK. You will deliver products to customers on time and in full, complete delivery documentation, and comply with driving and health and safety regulations.

The role involves manual handling, multi-drop routes, and maintaining the vehicle with routine checks. Working hours are 48 per week, with potential overtime and occasional Saturdays/public holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LGV Class 2 licence and a valid CPC card are essential.
• Experience in delivery driving and handling documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time and in full according to the schedule.
• Complete delivery notes, credits, and collections paperwork.
• Adhere to Driving Legislation and Working Time Regulations; follow Health and Safety procedures.
• Ensure vehicle is well-maintained and conduct safety checks; complete defect book as needed.
• Collect empty equipment from customers and cooperate with shift management.
