Job summary

Manpower Driving & Logistics is recruiting Class 2 HIAB Drivers for a client in Wythenshawe, Manchester. The role offers shifts Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00, with a paid 45-minute break and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Valid Category C (Class 2) Licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• HIAB Certificate
• Good understanding of driver hours and road transport regulations
• Previous HIAB driving experience

Responsibilities

• Operate Class 2 vehicles fitted with HIAB equipment
• Deliver building materials to commercial and residential sites
• Safe loading, unloading, and operation of HIAB cranes
• Complete vehicle checks and relevant paperwork
• Provide excellent customer service at delivery locations
• Shifts Monday to Friday 07:00–16:00, 45-minute paid break; overtime available

Job description

Manpower Driving & Logistics seeks Class 2 HIAB Drivers for its client in Wythenshawe, Manchester.

This temporary contract pays £21.50 to £22.50 hourly, with shifts Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00, a paid 45-minute break and overtime available.

Duties include operating Class 2 vehicles fitted with HIAB equipment, delivering building materials to commercial and residential sites, safely loading and unloading, running crane operations, completing vehicle checks and paperwork, and representing the client well on every drop.

Applicants need a valid Category C licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, a HIAB certificate, solid knowledge of driver hours and road transport rules, plus prior experience.

Temp-to-perm prospects exist for strong performers.

Role

• Operating Class 2 vehicles fitted with HIAB equipment

Ideal Candidate
