Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 driving licence.
• Driver CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph card should be held.
• Experience operating Hiab/lorry loader with relevant training/authorisation.
• Knowledge of UK road regulations and safe driving practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 2 vehicle with Hiab (lorry loader) safely and efficiently.
• Carry out deliveries and collections in and around the local area.
• Perform pre-use vehicle checks and report defects promptly.
• Secure loads correctly and use proper lifting techniques.
• Follow road laws, working time regulations, and safety procedures.
• Maintain delivery records and complete paperwork as required.
• Communicate professionally with customers and site contacts.
