Job summary

Driver Hire Tonbridge is seeking a skilled Class 2 HIAB driver to cover the Tonbridge area. Candidates must hold a Cat C (Class 2) licence, CPC, and Digital Tacho Card; HIAB licence is preferred. New-pass drivers are welcome and training is provided.

Expect weekly pay, a minimum 8-hour pay per shift, holiday options, and opportunities for permanent hours after probation. You will deliver building materials and support on-site tasks with safe, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must hold Cat C (Class 2) licence, CPC and Digital Tacho Card.
• HIAB licence preferred (remote where possible).
• Commercial driving experience is an advantage, but new-licence holders are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Start times between 06:00–08:00, Monday to Friday.
• Operate HIAB equipment (brick clamp, hook, or clamshell).
• Deliver building materials and assist on-site tasks as needed.
• Ensure paperwork and deliveries are accurate and on time.
