Job summary

The Best Connection Eastbourne is seeking an experienced Class 2 HIAB Driver to join a trusted partner operating in Hastings. You will drive a Class 2 vehicle with a HIAB crane, load/unload to plan, and perform local/regional deliveries while ensuring paperwork is complete and safety rules are followed.

Expect weekly pay and potential permanent roles, with a quick 15-minute registration. This role requires valid Class 2, HIAB, CPC, and Tachograph credentials and knowledge of UK routes.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Valid HIAB licence / certificate (Remote/grab experience).
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of local routes and UK driving regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane.
• Load and unload materials using the HIAB in line with safety guidelines.
• Carry out local and regional deliveries to customer sites.
• Complete all relevant vehicle checks and paperwork.
• Maintain excellent customer service while representing the client.
