Job summary

The Best Connection Eastbourne is seeking experienced Class 2 HIAB Drivers to join our trusted manufacturer partner in Eastbourne. This role offers reliable, ongoing work with weekly pay and potential for a permanent position, plus easy registration and broad opportunities across East Sussex.

You'll safely operate a Class 2 vehicle with a HIAB, manage load/unload, complete paperwork and deliver local/regional routes while delivering excellent customer service on behalf of the client.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence.
• Valid HIAB licence/certificate (Remote/Hook preferred).
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card.
• Good knowledge of local routes and UK driving regulations.
• Previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle fitted with a HIAB crane.
• Load and unload materials using the HIAB in line with safety guidelines.
• Carry out local and regional deliveries to customer sites.
• Complete all relevant vehicle checks and paperwork.
• Maintain excellent customer service while representing the client.
