Qualifications

• Hold a valid LGV Category C (Class 2) licence or equivalent.
• Good understanding of road safety, vehicle checks and load security.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, organised and able to work independently in a branch environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and on time to customers across the region.
• Load vehicles, check orders and ensure loads are secured and correctly documented.
• Contact customers before delivery to confirm timings and access arrangements.
• Complete vehicle checks and comply with driving regulations and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle.
• Assist with goods in, goods out, loading and unloading deliveries.
• Ensure stock is stored safely and the yard remains clean and organised.
• Assist customers with collections and loading where required.
• Support the wider branch team with general duties as needed.
