Job summary

Burdens is hiring a HGV Driver (C) with HIAB at Newmains. You will drive a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB, delivering and collecting civils materials and building strong customer relationships. Daily safety checks and compliance with HSE are expected, with a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday.

The role offers competitive pay plus bonus and a benefits package including pension, annual leave and health-related perks. CPC and Tacho card experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• A Class 2 licence with HIAB experience.
• CPC card required.
• Digital Tacho card experience.
• Capable of using handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• The safe and efficient driving of a Class 2 vehicle with HIAB.
• Delivering and collecting materials in the civils sector of the construction industry.
• Building excellent relationships with customers and representing the business to high standards.
• Ensuring all Health and Safety requirements are followed, with daily vehicle/load checks.
