Job summary

Pertemps Northampton is recruiting a Class 2 HGV Driver for a logistics client in Swan Valley, Northampton. This full-time role pays £17.00 per hour plus accrued holiday pay, with earnings up to £25.50 depending on assignments.

We welcome both experienced professionals and newly qualified licence holders, as full training and ongoing support are provided to build your confidence on the road. Daily duties involve multi-drop deliveries, trunking, and maintaining vehicle safety checks.

Qualifications

• Full, valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence required.
• Driver CPC Qualification Card is mandatory.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver stock to retailers across the region.
• Carry out multi-drop deliveries and trunking.
• Conduct vehicle safety checks and report defects.
• Provide excellent customer service.
