Job summary

Squire's Garden Centres is seeking a HGV Class 2 Driver to support our Barnsfold Liss plant nursery in Rudgwick and deliver stock to our garden centres. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager in a busy environment, performing driving duties and occasional yard tasks.

Role requires a valid Class 2 HGV licence, Driver CPC and tachograph card, with a Monday to Friday rota and some Saturdays in peak seasons. Training and team support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class 2 HGV licence, Driver CPC and tachograph card.
• Experience driving HGV Class 2 is essential.
• Based in/around Horsham area with ability to work some Saturdays during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Drive HGV class 2 vehicles to deliver stock to centres.
• Drive company vehicles in a timely, safe and legal manner with compliance to regulations.
• Complete 4 to 12 drops per day.
• Keep the vehicle tidy and well maintained.
• Assist with yard duties including forklift/pallet truck and nursery tasks.
• Collaborate with Nursery Manager and team to support nursery operations.
