Job summary

M4 Talent Group - Dartford is seeking reliable Class 2 HGV drivers to join our delivery team in the UK. You will operate a Class 2 vehicle, complete deliveries and collection runs, and represent our client with professionalism on every journey.

You must hold a valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, Digital Tachograph Card, and have good knowledge of drivers' hours. You will work independently to manage delivery schedules while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Must hold valid Driver CPC qualification.
• Must hold valid Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 HGV driving experience.
• Knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations.
• Health and safety commitment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Independent and able to manage delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class 2 HGV per legal and company requirements.
• Complete deliveries and collections on time.
• Carry out vehicle checks before and after journeys.
• Ensure loads are secure and transported safely.
• Complete delivery paperwork and other required documentation accurately.
• Liaise professionally with customers, site teams and colleagues.
• Report any vehicle defects, incidents or issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle.
• Follow all relevant driving, health & safety and company procedures.
