Bestway Group is hiring an HGV Class 2 Driver to deliver to independent retailers within the local area, ensuring timely deliveries and excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid HGV Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and experience in multi-drop driving. You will work with the depot team, handle stock, complete paperwork, and maintain vehicle safety and regulatory compliance. A competitive hourly rate and pension are provided.

Competenze

• Valid HGV Class 2 licence (UK) and driving entitlement.
• Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Experience in multi-drop driving.
• Good knowledge of local area and transport regulations.

Mansioni

• Load orders with the depot team for delivery.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries locally within timeframes.
• Manual handling of stock on/off vehicle.
• Accurately record paperwork and delivery confirmations.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Manage chilled and frozen deliveries per procedures.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations at all times.
• Provide excellent service to customers at delivery point.
• Maintain health and safety standards at all times.
