Job summary

Interaction Recruitment Group in Milton Keynes is looking for experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers for ongoing work. The role offers early or day starts, a 5-on 3-off rota, and shifts of 10–12 hours with deliveries across London and surrounding areas.

You will operate 18-tonne Class 2 vehicles with tail lifts, perform daily checks, and complete paperwork while maintaining safety standards. Requires Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, tachograph card, and 2 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 HGV licence (Cat C)
• Driver CPC qualification
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years of HGV Class 2 driving experience
• Good understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
• Reliable and professional approach to work
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to complete vehicle checks and required paperwork
• Ability to carry out physical/manual handling duties
• Good attendance and punctuality record

Responsibilities

• Drive 18-tonne Class 2 vehicles with tail lifts
• Carry out daily vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Complete all relevant delivery paperwork and documentation
• Deliveries and collections across London and surrounding areas
• Maintain high standards of vehicle safety and compliance
• Interact professionally with customers and delivery sites
• Occasional manual handling may be required
