Job summary

Beesley Fuels Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 1 Fuel Tanker Driver to join our permanent night-shift team at the Oldbury depot. This role operates on a 4 On / 4 Off rota with 12-hour night shifts, handling fuel movements to and from Oldbury, including trunking to Greater Manchester and London.

You will safely operate 6-wheel and 8-wheel tankers, perform pre-use checks, and ensure compliance with driver hours and tachograph regulations.

Qualifications

• Terminal Experience: Essential experience loading/collecting fuel from Kingsbury Fuel Terminal and/or Birmingham Esso Fuel Terminal.
• Licence: Valid Class 1 (Category C) HGV licence.
• Qualifications: Active ADR (Class 3 in Tanks), valid Driver CPC
• Fleet Experience: Proven fuel tanker experience operating 6-wheel and 8-wheel rigid vehicles.
• Compliance: Excellent working knowledge of driver hours and tachograph regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely loading, transporting, and discharging fuel across the distribution network.
• Conducting rigorous pre-use vehicle, load, and delivery safety checks.
• Maintaining strict compliance with company, terminal, and site safety procedures.
• Accurately completing all digital and physical transport documentation.

Beesley Fuels is seeking an experienced Class 1 Fuel Tanker Driver to join our permanent night-shift team at the Oldbury depot. This role operates on a 4 On / 4 Off rota working 12-hour night shifts.

You will handle fuel movements to and from our Oldbury base, which includes trunking to networks in Greater Manchester and London. You will safely operate both 6-wheel and 8-wheel tankers depending on operational needs.

Mandatory Requirements
