Job summary

Interaction Recruitment is recruiting a Class 2 (Category C) Driver for our Avonmouth team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. You will deliver and collect equipment to and from customer sites, ensuring safe handling and professional service.

You must hold a valid Class 2 licence, a driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, with a minimum of two years’ Class 2 driving experience. You will perform daily vehicle checks, ensure load security, and represent the company professionally; full training is

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
• Minimum of 2 years Class 2 driving experience.
• A valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety and load security.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, responsible and flexible approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and manage deliveries and collections.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting equipment to and from customer sites.
• Completing all delivery and collection paperwork accurately.
• Demonstrating the safe and correct use of equipment to customers where required.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure the vehicle remains roadworthy and safe.
• Safely loading and unloading equipment, ensuring all items are correctly strapped and secured.
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety at all times.
• Representing the company professionally when dealing with customers.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 2 (Category C) Driver to join our client's team based in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
