Job summary

Ignition Driver Recruitment is seeking HGV Class 2 drivers in Birmingham to deliver cages to stores and perform tail lift operations. The role requires a Class 2 licence and at least 6 months of commercial driving experience.

You must hold a UK DCPC card and a valid Digi-tacho card; some sites may accept up to 6 points on your licence. Weekend shifts are included with full-time and part-time options.

Qualifications

• Class 2 licence required.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience in a commercial setting.
• UK DCPC card and valid Digi-tacho card required.
• May accept up to 6 points on licence; certain endorsements not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cages to stores and decant stock from cages at some stores.
• Operate tail lift and pallet truck as required.
• Conduct standard vehicle checks and complete paperwork.
• Adapt to shifts including weekends and maintain site induction requirements.
