Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Class 2 Driver in Wakefield to join our clients’ engineering team. The role offers a competitive hourly rate, overtime, and a bonus scheme. Deliveries and collections of powered access machinery at customer sites with a strong focus on customer service.

Applicants should have a valid LGV licence with few points, a Digi Card, an up-to-date CPC, and IPAF 3a/3B. Training and progression opportunities are available in a permanent role.

Qualifications

• Digi Card must be valid for operating industry vehicles.
• LGV Licence C+CE or holding a valid driving licence with 0–3 points is required.
• A current CPC record must be up to date.
• IPAF 3a & 3B qualifications are preferred for handling powered access equipment.
• Experience loading/unloading powered access machinery is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect powered access machinery for hire to customer sites.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries and collections.
