Job summary

GXO is hiring an experienced Class 2 Driver to join our team in Washington (NE38 9BZ) on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver barrels and cases to Greene King pubs, performing up to 12 drops per day with a driver’s mate, and handling physical duties including unloading and cellar stock movements.

Shifts are 45 hours per week, Mon–Fri, with start times between 04:00 and 07:00. Eligible benefits include holiday entitlement, pension, and access to GXO University training.

Qualifications

• Multidrop deliveries experience is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence with Cat C entitlement and clean record.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle checks and ensure curtains are secure.
• Unload kegs and barrels and deliver to pub cellars.
• Move stock to designated storage areas with care and safety.
