Class 2 HGV Driver – Night Shift

Pertemps Leicester Industrial seeks two Class 2 Driver Nights for ongoing temporary work in Lutterworth.

The position pays £17 to £17.20 hourly, with shifts beginning between 7pm and midnight.

This night-based contract suits those seeking consistent hours within a supportive logistics operation.

Location: Lutterworth

Pay: £17.20 per hour

Shift: Nights (start times between 7:00pm and 12:00am)

We are currently looking for 2 reliable Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team in Lutterworth on an ongoing temporary basis.

Responsibilities

• Multi-drop deliveries using 18-tonne rigid vehicles


• Loading and unloading goods


• Completing vehicle checks


• Using handheld scanners to record deliveries and collections


• Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and on time


• Providing professional customer service at delivery locations


• Training Provided


• You will be required to use handheld scanners throughout the role. Full training will be provided , so previous experience using the specific scanning system is not essential.


• The role involves completing multi-drop deliveries using 18-tonne rigid vehicles . You will be required to load and unload your vehicle as part of the role. The Role Night shifts with start times between 7:00pm and 12:00am

Requirements
