Job summary

Genuit Group (Polypipe Civils and Green Urbanisation) is seeking a Class 2 Driver to safely operate a vehicle, deliver goods to client sites and maintain accurate records. You will perform vehicle checks, secure loads, and support logistics teams while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence Category C is required.
• DQC card must be valid.
• Strong navigation and knowledge of UK roads.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience securing loads safely.
• Willingness to night out.
• Willingness to overtime and Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class 2 vehicle safely, following all traffic laws and company procedures.
• Deliver goods and materials to scheduled locations, ensuring timely and accurate service.
• Carry out daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks, reporting defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate delivery documentation including logs, mileage and incident reports.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve delivery‑related queries.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, hours‑of‑service rules and company H&S policies.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics and planning teams to support efficient operations.
