Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in partnership with B&Q is seeking a qualified Class 2 Driver to join the Store to Home team in Hermiston Gait, Edinburgh (EH11 4DG). The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with multi-drop deliveries and CPC training.

You will maintain time records, operate company vehicles safely, and ensure accurate delivery documentation while delivering excellent customer service. This is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment DBS check
• Be prepared to commute to Hermiston Gait, Edinburgh (EH11 4DG)

Responsibilities

• Delivering products to customer premises on multidrop basis (avg 16 drops per day off peak, 24 in peak)
• Maintain driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner
• Ensure products are checked off and delivered with correct documentation
• Keep customers informed of ETA and communicate issues politely
