Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Glasshoughton, Castleford (WF10 4RP) is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver to join the Store to Home team. The role involves delivering products on a multidrop basis and maintaining accurate driving records, with a fixed pattern and 40 hours per week.

You will need a full UK driving licence (Cat C), up-to-date CPC and Tachograph, and a strong focus on customer service. The position offers full-time hours, benefits, and job stability.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with Cat C entitlement.
• No more than 6 penalty points on licence.
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Excellent customer service skills, written and verbal.
• Willingness to undertake DBS check.
• Be prepared to commute to Glasshoughton, Castleford for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Delivering products to customer premises on multidrop basis (avg 16 off-peak, 24 in peak).
• Maintain accurate driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries.
• Operate company vehicles safely, legally and efficiently.
• Check off products on delivery and provide correct documentation to customers.
• Inform customers of ETA and communicate any issues politely.
