Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for the Farnborough(Store to Home) role. The position is full-time and permanent with a two-week rotating shift pattern and a 40-hour week, starting at 11:00.

You will deliver to customer premises, maintain time records, operate vehicles safely, and ensure accurate deliveries with documentation. DBS check and CPC/Tachograph compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence with category C entitlement.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no restricted endorsements (DD, DR, DG, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT).
• Up-to-date CPC and Digital Tachograph.
• Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment DBS check.
• Be prepared to commute to Farnborough (GU14 7SS) for shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customer premises on a multidrop basis (average 16 drops off peak, 24 drops during peak).
• Maintain accurate driving/working time records using Tachomaster and manual entries.
• Operate company vehicles in a safe, legal, and efficient manner.
• Ensure products are checked off the vehicle and customers receive correct deliveries and paperwork.
• Keep customers informed of ETA and communicate any issues politely.
