Workforce Recruitment and Training is recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for an established operation based in Coventry. The role involves local collections and deliveries, with training provided and paid, and a core Monday to Friday pattern.

There are weekend and extra shifts available during peak periods, paid at time and a half, plus a £200 monthly bonus. Benefits include 21 days of annual leave and opportunities for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hands-on Class 2 role is advantageous.
• A strong work ethic and reliable attitude.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions and outdoors.
• Physically capable of getting in and out of the cab frequently.

Responsibilities

• Drive and operate local collections and deliveries using specialist vehicles.
• Work in a hands-on, outdoor environment and handle physical tasks when required.
• Provide safe, timely service with a focus on customer-facing professionalism.
