Job summary

Driver Hire East London is recruiting for multiple HGV Class 2 driver roles in East London and Ilford, with immediate start for the right candidate. Positions include part time, temporary and full-time options, with £18-£21 per hour and overtime/weekend rates.

Responsibilities include completing pickups and drops, keeping vehicles fuelled and clean, handling paperwork, and conducting daily walkaround checks.

Qualifications

• Category C Driving Licence is required.
• CPC training and CPC Card must be held.
• Digital tachograph card required.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.

Class 2 Driver

Part Time/ Temporary/ Full Time

£18-£21 per hour, increase rate for overtime and weekend work

East London and Ilford

Start Date: Immediate

• Have a Category C Driving Licence
• Have completed your CPC training and hold a CPC Card
• Hold a Digital tachograph card
• Have no more than 6 points on your licence

Class 2 drivers responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all pick ups and drops are completed
• Keeping the vehicle refuelled, maintained and clean
• Completing any paperwork required
• Perform walk around vehicle checks every morning

Complying with all Road Transport Regulations

The successful Class 2 Driver can expect:

• Monday-Friday
• IPAF training
