Job summary

Booker Group plc, through Best Food Logistics, is seeking LGV drivers for the UK’s flexible multi-temp delivery network. You will perform multi-drop deliveries, complete delivery notes and paperwork, and maintain high safety and service standards while representing the BEST brand.

Working 48 hours across four days with early starts from 1:30am to 6:30am, you’ll support customers nationwide. Salary £49,118.68 per annum with allowances, and pension and life assurance benefits on offer.

Qualifications

• Current LGV Class 2 driving licence and CPC card required.
• Flexibility to work across 4 days per week and early starts from 1:30am to 6:30am.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers on time and in full as per schedule.
• Complete delivery notes, credits, and collections documentation.
• Adhere to Driving Legislation and Working Time Regulations.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures for self and others.
• Maintain LGV and perform safety checks and defect book entries.
• Assist with keeping equipment and vehicle maintained and clean.
