Job summary

GR Employment Ltd in Stoke is recruiting a Class 2 Driver to deliver and collect secure shipments to and from our Service Centre and Hub facilities.

You will plan daily routes, drive LGV trucks safely, ensure shipment security and compliance with policies and regulations, with a fixed 45‑hour week including overtime and weekend premiums. Monday to Friday 08:00–18:00, 1-hour unpaid break, overtime after 45 hours at time and a half.

GR Employment Ltd is recruiting for a Class 2 Driver on behalf of one of our customers in Stoke, James Brindley Way.

You will be a frontline representative of the company, responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of secure shipments to and from our Service Centre and Hub facilities. The post holder is directly responsible for enhancing the customer experience at every stage through a conscientious and dedicated approach to tasks.

We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking consistent work with a bit of flexibility built in.

Monday to Friday: 08:00 to 18:00 (9 hours per day, 45 hours per week)

Break: 1-hour unpaid

Hourly Rate: £19.01 per hour

Shift Premium: Extra £2.80 per hour after 7.00 pm

Saturday Premium: Extra £1.22 per hour

Sunday Premium: Extra £2.27 per hour

Overtime is paid after 45 hours at time and a half
