Job summary

The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers for immediate starts with temp-to-perm opportunities in Worksop. The role supports a busy palletised distribution operation and offers ongoing work with training.

Typical duties include multi‑drop deliveries (around 12 per shift) and unloading using electric pump trucks; shifts include days and nights with various patterns. Average annual earnings quoted: £36,642.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Class 2 driving experience (strong candidates with less will be considered).
• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence and CPC qualification.
• Digital Tachograph card required.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points on licence.

CLASS 2 DRIVERS REQUIRED FOR IMMEDIATE STARTS WITH TEMP TO PERM OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE!

AVERAGE EARNINGS OF £36,642 PER ANNUM

The Best Connection are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 Drivers on behalf of a well-established transport operation in Worksop. Due to increased workload and immediate requirements, we are looking for reliable drivers to support a busy palletised distribution operation.

The Role

• Multi-drop deliveries of palletised products
• Typically around 12 deliveries per shift
• Use of electric pump trucks for unloading
• Deliveries are usually concentrated within the same geographical area

What We Offer

• Variety of shift patterns including days, nights, 4 on 4 off and 5 over 7

Pay Rates

Class 2 Days: £14.68 per hour

Requirements

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) licence
• Valid CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph card
• Maximum of 6 penalty points
• Minimum 2 years Class 2 Driving experience. However, strong candidates with less than 2 years will be considered.
