Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is recruiting Class 2 Drivers for night shifts based in Swindon. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and ongoing temporary work with Saturday shifts. You will operate Class 2 vehicles, perform daily checks, and ensure timely delivery of goods across distribution centres.

The ideal candidate has a UK Cat C licence, Driver CPC, and relevant experience in logistics. Full PPE is provided, and 21 days leave with holidays is included as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Cat C driving licence.
• Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• No more than 6 penalty points and no serious driving endorsements.
• 1 year of Class 2 driving experience in logistics or distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class 2 vehicle on planned routes between distribution centres and delivery locations.
• Transport mail, parcels and freight efficiently while meeting delivery schedules.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report defects.
• Load and unload vehicles safely and secure goods.
• Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the operations team.

Hourly Rate: £20.54- £23.77 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary, ongoing

Working Hours: This role is predominantly night shifts, including every Saturday.

What you'll be doing

What we're looking for
