Job summary

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting Class 2 Day Drivers to join our client's busy transport operation in the United Kingdom. This role covers local and regional deliveries with day shifts and regular ongoing work.

You will hold a Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence with CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and you should be reliable with strong customer service skills. Weekly pay is provided and driving across routes will require safe, timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Full UK Class 2 (Cat C) licence is required.
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Previous Class 2 driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK roads.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• No more than the permitted licence points, subject to insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

Vanta Staffing are currently recruiting for Class 2 Day Drivers to join our client's busy transport operation.

We are looking for reliable and professional Class 2 (Cat C) Drivers who are available for ongoing day work. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced drivers looking for regular work with competitive pay.

The Role

• Driving a Class 2 vehicle on local and regional delivery routes
• Completing multi-drop deliveries where required
• Carrying out vehicle checks before and after shifts
• Ensuring goods are delivered safely and on time
• Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation
• Providing professional customer service at delivery locations
• Adhering to all company, road safety and transport regulations
• Some manual handling may be required

Pay & Hours

• £16.00-£17.00 per hour
• Day shifts
• Ongoing work availableMonday to Friday, with additional shifts potentially available
