Job summary

Proman is recruiting for a Class 2 HGV driver based in Telford to cover days and nights on a Monday to Friday schedule. The role involves ongoing, multi-drop deliveries with modern vehicles and tail lift/electric pump truck equipment, supporting a structured weekday routine.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid Class 2 licence, Driver CPC, and Digital Tachograph Card, with up to 6 points and at least 12 months driving experience. A reliable, safety-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence.
• Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card.
• Maximum 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, TT, or IN endorsements).
• Minimum 12 months continuous driving experience.

We are currently recruiting experienced Class 2 (Category C) HGV Drivers for a well-established operation based in Telford. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent weekday work with competitive rates and modern vehicles doing some multi drop work.

Job Details

• Location: Telford
• Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
• Shifts Available: Days & Nights
• Average Shift Length: 8-10 hours
• Work Type: Multi-drop deliveries
• Equipment Used: Tail lift & electric pump truck
• Fleet: Modern, fully automatic vehicles fitted with internal and external cameras

Pay Rates (PAYE)

• Days: £15.00 per hour (£16.81 including holiday pay)
• Nights: £16.00 per hour (£17.93 including holiday pay)
