XPO TRANSPORT SOLUTIONS IT EUROPE is seeking a Cat C (Class 2) driver to deliver premium kitchens for Omega Kitchens across the UK. Based in Thorne, Doncaster, we support drivers whether new or experienced and provide a clear path to progression.

The role offers £40,716 per year, 50 hours weekly, 20 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, and 1 in 4 rota. Overtime is paid at enhanced rates, with benefits including secure parking, discounts, cycle-to-work, pension and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Full Cat C licence required.
• Digi card and CPC required.
• Max 6 points on licence.
• Professional appearance and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites and private homes across the UK.
• 68 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction.
• Overnight cab sharing with a porter; 2–4 nights out per week.
• Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation.
• Manual handling with supporting tools.

Annual salary of£40,716, guaranteed 50 hours/week, 20 days + bank holidays, 1 in 4 rota, week 1 Sunday to Thursday & week 2-4 Monday to Friday, Overtime paid at enhanced rates, Secure parking via Snap, High Street discounts, cycle-to-work scheme, pension & more. Ongoing training & career development

Your Role:

• Deliver high-end kitchens to construction sites & private homes across the UK
• 68 drops per day with face-to-face customer interaction
• Double manning with a porter Overnight cab sharing required
• 2-4 nights out a week
• Use PDA scanners for delivery confirmation
• Manual handling of goods with support tools (pump truck, sack barrows)

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Full Cat C licence
• Valid Digi card & CPC
• Max 6 points (no DD, DR, IN endorsements)
• Professional appearance & customer service skills

Bonus (can be completed after probation):

• FORs Gold Standard driver training
• CSCS Green Labourer card
