About the role

We are recruiting Class 2 drivers for our Transport Team at the Booker Retail Partner site. Your responsibilities include the safe delivery of stock to independent retailers, which involves handball and manual work, often outdoors in adverse weather conditions.

Start times are between 10am and 1pm, with the following rotating schedules:

Rota 1

• Week 1: OFF, IN, IN, IN, OFF, OFF, IN
• Week 2: OFF, IN, IN, OFF, OFF, IN, IN

Rota 2

• Week 1: OFF, IN, OFF, OFF, IN, IN, IN
• Week 2: OFF, OFF, IN, IN, OFF, IN, IN

Rota 3

• Week 1: OFF, OFF, IN, OFF, IN, IN, IN
• Week 2: OFF, IN, OFF, OFF, IN, IN, IN

You will be responsible for

• Safe and timely delivery of stock to retail customers.

You will need

• Class 2 Licence
• Driver CPC qualification
• Excellent customer service skills
• Experience in multi-drop deliveries preferred, including temperature-controlled goods (not essential)
• Availability for 48 hours per week, with overtime opportunities
• Flexibility to work various routes and hours, often at short notice
