Job summary

Pure Staff’s Driving Team are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to support one of our customers based in Pershore, Worcestershire. Immediate starts are available for reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers.

This role involves multi‑drop pallet deliveries to various sites across the region, with up to 10 stops per shift. Day shifts Mon-Fri start around 06:00 and last about 10 hours. Ongoing, long‑term work with regular shifts.

Qualifications

• HGV Class 2 licence and driving experience required.
• Proven ability to perform multi-drop deliveries.
• Good understanding of driver hours and tachograph regulations.

Class 2 Driver Temporary Pershore, Worcestershire Posted 1 day ago £15.50 - £17.37 per hour

Pure Staff’s Driving Team are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers to support one of our customers based in Pershore. Immediate starts are available for reliable HGV Class 2 Drivers.

This role involves general haulage deliveries to a variety of customer sites across the region. Drivers will be responsible for completing multi-drop deliveries of palletised goods, with up to 10 deliveries per shift, using modern articulated vehicles.

Day shifts are available Monday to Friday, with typical start times from 06:00 and average shift lengths of around 10 hours. This is ongoing, long-term work offering regular and consistent shifts.

Rates for an HGV Class 2 Driver:

Monday to Friday (Days) = £15.50PH (+ holiday accrued) or £17.37ph (with holiday pay rolled up)

To be successful in this HGV Class 2 Driver role, you will need:

• UK Category C Licence
• Valid Digital Tachograph Card
• Valid Driver CPC Card
• Minimum 6 months’ HGV Class 2 driving experience
• No more than 6 penalty points
• A professional, reliable and safety-conscious attitude
• Good understanding of driver hours, tachograph regulations and vehicle safety checks
• Previous multi-drop or palletised distribution experience is beneficial but not essential
