Job summary

CDL Recruitment Ltd is seeking a reliable Class 2/7.5 tonne driver for a temp-to-perm role in Newport. You will deliver steel and aluminium products, ensure on-time and safe deliveries, and perform daily vehicle checks while maintaining excellent customer service.

This full-time role offers immediate start and potential progression to permanent placement on a temp-to-perm basis.

Qualifications

• Valid class 2 (category C) licence, CPC and digital tachograph card.
• Must be willing to drive 7.5 tonne vehicles when needed.
• Experience with multi drop routes

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking class 2/7.5 tonne driver on behalf of our client to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

This role involves the delivery of steel and aluminium products, no handball is involved for unloading vehicles but experience with securing loads is essential.
