Job summary

The Best Connection in Manchester is looking for a Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver to join one of our clients on a temp-perm basis. You will operate a concrete mixer vehicle, deliver concrete to sites, and perform daily vehicle checks.

The role requires a valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence, CPC and Digital Tachograph Card, and a good knowledge of UK roads. MPQC card is preferred and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence is required.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card are required.
• Concrete mixer experience is preferred.
• MPQC card preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK roads.
• Reliable, punctual and professional.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Pay & Working Hours

• Time 1/2 after 10 hours
• Mon-Fri

The role:

• Operating a concrete mixer vehicle safely and efficiently
• Delivering concrete to customers and construction sites
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Adhering to all relevant health & safety and driving regulations

Requirements:

• Valid Class 2 (Cat C) driving licence

• Previous concrete mixer experience preferred
