Job summary

The Staffing Network Ltd is currently seeking reliable and experienced Class 2 HGV Drivers to join on a temp-to-perm basis. Start times are generally between 6:00am and 8:00am, with occasional nights out required. The role involves local and regional deliveries and maintaining vehicle checks.

You must hold a valid Class 2 licence, CPC, and a digital tachograph card. Previous Class 1 experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 2 (C+E) licence.
• CPC qualification.
• Digital tachograph card.
• Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK roads.

Responsibilities

• Driving a Class 2 HGV safely and responsibly.
• Completing local and/or regional deliveries.
• Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
• Completing delivery paperwork and required documentation.
• Providing a professional service to customers.
• Following all relevant road, transport and company regulations.

The Role
