Job summary

Kemp Eko Talent Ltd is seeking an experienced Class 2 Driver for a permanent, day-shift role with a leading environmental company in the Leicester area. You will operate RO-RO and Hooklift vehicles and serve multiple sites.

This full-time position offers a basic rate of £18 per hour and the potential to earn over £45,000 annually, with daily vehicle checks, accurate record-keeping, and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Driving and operating a range of Class 2 vehicles, including RO-RO and Hooklift vehicles.
• Attending different customer and operational sites across specified areas.
• Providing a professional and reliable service at all times.
• Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects or issues.
• Completing accurate records, including mileage, fuel usage and vehicle checks.
• Safely loading, transporting and unloading materials.
• Operating HGVs and other site machinery where required and trained.
• Following all company, site and health & safety procedures.

£18 AN HOUR BASIC RATE

£40,000 Basic - Expected earnings in excess of £45,000 per annum

DAY SHIFT

We are working with a leading environmental company that is continuing to grow its resource division. As part of this expansion, they are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join their team on a permanent basis.

As a Class 2 Driver, your main responsibilities will include:
