Position: Class 2 Driver

Location: Exeter - EX1 3QN

Customer: NEXT Home Delivery

Shift patterns: Wednesday-Sunday, Start time: 06:00am

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We are seeking passionate Class 2 Drivers to join DHL, a recognized and award-winning supply chain leader, as part of our Home Delivery service. Please note: This role requires a Criminal Record Check. Contact the Resourcing Team for details/questions.

What does the role entail?

• Deliver products to customer premises, including bulk loads picked directly from the vehicle for delivery.
• Drive safely and efficiently, adhering to Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
• Follow health and safety standards, The Highway Code, road safety rules, and vehicle regulations.
• Count, check, and compare products to the manifest, and inspect for damages or anomalies.
• Work in a physically demanding environment safely.
• Weekend work is required; overtime pay applies for hours over the weekly schedule.

What do we need from you?

• Minimum 6 months Class 2 driving experience.
• Valid HGV Class 2 Driving License.
• Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card.
• No points on your license.
