WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• Delivery of products to customers premises, delivering bulk loads, picked directly from vehicle for delivery to customer
• Drive in a safe and efficient manner in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Comply with our health and safety standards at all times, ensuring adherence to The Highway Code, road safety rules and vehicle regulations
• Count and check all products, compare to manifest and complete a visual check for any anomalies and damages
• Working in a physically demanding environment in a safe manner
• Will include weekend work - Overtime rate will be payable for working over weekly hours.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

• Minimum of 6 months Class 2 driving experience is essential
• Must hold a valid HGV Class 2 Driving License
• Driver CPC Qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• No (zero) points on your license

• Familiar with vehicle safety checks
• Happy with working hours (weekend work and early start times)
